All members must attend Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES), which orients them with the Structure and Roles within a Cooperative.

Before deployment, members are given a one-day Self-Development Seminar (SDS), covering:

• Christian Values;
• Working as a Team;
• Effective Communications;
• Interview Tips;
• Good Grooming; and
• Social Decorum.

Team Leaders are trained on Values Education and Enrichment Program (VEEP), Supervisory Leadership, Financial Stewardship, Presentation Skills and Public Speaking, Coop Governance, etal.
