Through a Workers’ Cooperative like TMC, business leaders have the ease, advantage and flexibility in adjusting their manpower requirements.

They can increase or decrease their workers, depending on business contingency, when and where they need them.


There is only a bilateral relationship between the Partner Company and TMC.

There are no employer-employee relations because the worker is the owner-member. There is Security of Tenure. 

The worker-member is deployed by TMC to the Partner Company as self-employed. He cannot form or join a union. For how could he bargain with an institution of which he is an owner? He owns TMC equally like all other members.
